Christian homeschool co-ops in Houston

Includes Catholic programs. We only list a program here when its own listing says it is Christian or Catholic.

A Christian or Catholic co-op runs on the same basic model as any co-op on this site, families meeting on a regular schedule so kids learn some subjects together instead of one-on-one, just built around a shared faith identity that shapes both the curriculum choices and the community itself. For a lot of Houston's Christian homeschool families, a co-op like this is where the week and the faith community overlap most directly.

Statement-of-faith requirements vary by group here more than almost anywhere else on this site: some co-ops ask every enrolling family to sign a doctrinal statement, some ask it only of teaching parents, and some are Christian in identity but open to any family who wants to join. Ask a specific co-op directly rather than assuming from its name alone.

On TEFA: co-op fees sit in one of the least settled corners of the whole program regardless of faith tradition. Most co-ops, Christian ones included, are informal, parent-run groups without a registered business behind them, and TEFA money can only be paid to a registered vendor, so an unregistered co-op generally can't be paid through the program no matter the category. Ask the specific co-op directly rather than assuming either answer.
