Homeschool co-ops in West/Katy
Co-ops in West/Katy are built around Katy and Cinco Ranch, and they are the most organized homeschool community in the cluster. Most groups are Christian and ask families to sign a statement of faith, and at least one is tied to a national classical-education network. They meet one day a week, and parents teach in most of them.
At least one group is a membership with a modest listed cost, which is worth comparing if you are budgeting for several kids. Grades run from Pre-K through high school, with math, science, art and PE named as the usual subjects.
Even with these listed, the real co-op scene in this cluster is larger than the page shows. A lot of it lives in Facebook groups this directory has not mapped, so the page is a starting point. If you run a group in Katy, Fulshear or further out, claiming your listing is the fastest way to help other families find it.
On TEFA, co-op fees are unsettled. The program pays registered vendors, not families, and informal groups are not vendors. Vendor approval is reported to take four to six weeks with no program fee, so a group that wants to qualify has a path. Ask each group whether it has started.

Featured programs are paid placements and appear first. Some programs also pay for a larger profile, which never changes the order. Every listing here is free. How we make money.
