Christian schools, co-ops and classes in Pearland
Includes Catholic programs alongside every Christian tradition. We only list a program here when its own listing says it is Christian or Catholic.
Pearland is the top of the Highway 288 corridor, and its Christian list is a mix of schools and co-ops in roughly equal weight, which is unusual for Houston. The private schools cover mostly the younger grades as listed, so families with older kids should ask early how far each school goes.
The co-ops here are Christian by design. One is built around a national classical-education network and meets one afternoon a week, and at least one group asks its families to sign a statement of faith while others are Christian-led and open. Parents teach in these groups, so the week asks something of you as well as your kids.
Pearland's Christian community is close enough to Friendswood, about 11 minutes, and Clear Lake/Webster, about 18, that families often shop those areas too, especially for a high school.
Co-op fees are the least settled corner of TEFA. Most co-ops are informal groups with no registered business, and the program can only pay a registered vendor, so ask each group directly whether its classes are billed through one. Schools are simpler, since accreditation decides the award tier.
Featured programs are paid placements and appear first. Some programs also pay for a larger profile, which never changes the order. Every listing here is free. How we make money.
